We moved into this apartment complex a year and a half ago, hoping for a decent starter home, but it’s been a nightmare. Beginning with thick black mold in the shower, worsened by porous caulk that’s intended for baseboard, and a roach infestation in a bathroom cabinet. Dog waste and trash litter the entire property despite signs, with poop in multiple places including on the roof, trees, and in the pool area. I swam in the pool this morning and then noticed that there was feces at the bottom, which was disgusting! This entire place is a health risk for my 5-month-old.
The entire staff at Chapel Creek is fantastic! They always take care of our needs quickly and efficiently, and we absolutely love our apartment. The location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful place to live. Keep up the great work—we truly enjoy living here and appreciate everything you do! Shout out to Ashliegh and the Maintenance crew!
